DJ Joe Beatz - Owner & Deluxe DJ
Accumulating the 10+ years of experience I've accrued over the industry and my college education, I will help create lifelong memories out of your special Day! Whether that be a wedding reception, a school dance, or a company party, My honed skill of music choice and hosting experience will create a perfect environment for your special day and the people involved.
I've DJ'd well over 300 weddings with some of the best and reputable companies like KNM Productions and Complete weddings and events. With all that experience, there aren't too many scenarios that I haven't run into and know how to fix.
My job is simple, but all of the little things add up. We all know a wedding that stunk because the DJ had no clue what to do and made the experience less than its potential. My goal is to make EVERY event perfect for the crowd, and clients.
I have an obsession with music, and getting people to lower their guards and have some fun just dancing with their friends and family. I know that's more important now than ever, as we struggle to see our families and share moments of joy. I'll do everything in my power to make your special day as awesome as possible.
I believe that music has the power to create miracles. I love being able to use music, with a sprinkle of a fun attitude, to create memories that last a lifetime.
I personally train all my DJs all adhere to my strict and high standards for wedding DJ excellence. I trusted all of them to DJ my own wedding and trust them with yours! With a dedicated team, my DJs will be just as awesome as I would be on your special day!

Born in 1995, I was the kid who loved to dance and listen to music. When I was 12 I learned my first instrument. When I was 16 I fell in love with music, and DJs! I learned how to mix songs together and had a blast doing it. At 18 I started working for a wedding DJ company, and learned how an attitude of gratitude and focusing on fun could create a dominating brand of DJ service excellence. At 20 I started making my own music, and toured with upcoming artists around the Midwest, DJing and performing at shows. At 22 I graduated Buena Vista University with a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Engineering and Sound Design. Mastering audio equipment and sound theory. At 26, I saved up money, quit my job as a realtor, and created my own DJ company! I am the proud owner Pro Beatz Entertainment!
DJ Xavier - Deluxe DJ
Xavier Carrigan is a multifaceted veteran DJ with experience spanning well beyond two decades. His career has brought him all throughout the Midwest US, plus in major Metropolitan areas like Las Vegas, LA, Phoenix, and Detroit, and he has even played a special spot during his time spent in Japan.
Xavier is familiar with nearly all types of DJing and hosting, whether it be rocking clubs of 1,000+ patrons, to corporate get-togethers, local karaoke nights, or those special wedding events that absolutely must be memorable. He has also roared on stage and in the ring, voicing and announcing cage fights, ceremonies, and convention-style events. He breathes life and vibrance into all events in which he partakes, while keeping the focus on who matters most. You.

DJ Vic - Deluxe DJ
Born and raised in Southern California, Victor Hernandez, aka DJ Vic600 was introduced to the world of music at an early age, growing up in a family of DJs (Uncle &Father) Surrounded by turntables, records, and live events, he developed a deep appreciation for the art of DJing long before stepping behind the decks himself. As a teenager, he worked alongside his uncle at venues across the region, gaining firsthand experience in live performance and event production. He moved to Iowa 10 years ago with his wife, and loves DJing for the Iowa Community.
After receiving his first pair of turntables in high school, DJ Vic was fully committed to mastering his craft. What began as a passion quickly evolved into booking events and building a reputation for delivering authentic, high-energy performances, also having several Nightclub & Bar residences over the years further developed those essential Dj skills. With 26 years of experience, DJ Vic600 has always placed his clients wishes first. He remains rooted in the foundation that started it all — vinyl. Beginning as a vinyl record DJ, also shifting with technology using modern DJ controllers, however continuing to spin vinyl to this day, he represents the true essence of DJ culture, blending tradition, skill, and timeless sound. DJ Shayla
Hello! I'm DJ Shayla. I've been with Pro Beatz Entertainment for over a year now. I love music and got into DJing a few years ago. I love weddings and playing the perfect songs to keep the party rocking! My favorite Genre is Hip-Hop/Rap and R&B, but I love mixing songs in every genre to cultivate your perfect party playlist. I'm very detail oriented and prioritize a smooth timeline experience before we kick off the dance.
Outside of DJing, I am currently in school studying psychology! I'm a big fan of yoga, hanging out with my friends, and being a mother to my son and puppy! You can also sing Karaoke with me on Sunday nights at Tonic in West Des Moines! We have a great little community of singers, it's a great time!
